This week marks the start of their one-week onboarding program (19–23 January 2026), featuring company induction, professionalism and customer experience training, DEI and Senisim PNG workshops, safety training, and a GDP Meet & Greet with former GDPs.
They’ll also take part in a business tour across key parts of our operation — including the Support Office, Supply Chain/Distribution Centre, Hardware Haus, and our Wellness Clinic — to better understand how we work together to serve our communities.
Over the year, our graduates will rotate through functions such as People & Culture, Supply Chain, Finance, ICT, Audit/Inventory, Marketing, Retail/Institutional Sales, Projects, Foundation, Hardware Haus, and Merchandising, supported by mentors and buddies across the business.
