The CPL Graduate Development Program (GDP) was launched in 2020 to identify and develop talented Papua New Guinean university graduates into future leaders of the CPL Group.
The program combines structured learning, mentoring, cross-functional rotations, and hands-on workplace experience across the Group’s diverse business operations, helping graduates build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for long-term career success.
Since its inception, approximately 50 graduates have completed the program. Many have progressed into permanent roles across the business, including People & Culture, Finance, Information Technology, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Buying, and other corporate functions.
Through the GDP, CPL continues to invest in developing a strong pipeline of talented professionals who contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Group.
