CPL Group proudly announces the successful completion of its 2025 Graduate Development Program (GDP), marking a significant milestone as the fifth cohort to progress through the initiative since its launch in 2021.
2025’s cohort comprised seven talented trainees from diverse academic backgrounds, including business management, journalism, and hospitality management.
Their GDP journey included 33‑day departmental rotations, each supported by a dedicated buddy or mentor to guide their learning and professional growth. A highlight of the program was the weekly leadership workshop delivered through the Sensim PNG program, facilitated by the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, which equipped trainees with strong values and the principles of servant leadership.
In a small but significant ceremony at our Head Office, the 2025 Cohort graduated with direct placements within the Organization.
