One week after commemorating World SME Day on June 27, City Pharmacy is pleased to reaffirm our commitment to supporting SME’s through our WE PNG BUY PNG Program, with the official retail launch of Kumul Organics, a 2020 PNG SME Award Winner in the Best Skin and Haircare Product of the Year Category.
Established in 2019 by Tina Manamb, a female Entrepreneur from Madang and East Sepik heritage, Kumul Organics works closely with coconut growers in Gulf and Central Provinces to produce premium virgin coconut-infused oils, herbal soaps, and natural skin and hair care products.

CPL Group officiated the partnership with an in-store launch at the City Pharmacy Waigani Drive branch in Port Moresby, witnessed by a small circle of invited guests that included media, CPL staff and management, founder and owner of Kumul Organics Tina Manamb and her team.
“We don’t import coconuts—they are grown abundantly right here in Papua New Guinea. Our supply comes from local farmers and growers, and we take pride in fostering long-term partnerships with local SMEs that strengthen communities and create shared value.”
-Ajay Patel, CEO CPL Group
“Access to commercial markets is often the biggest challenge for local producers, so we are grateful to CPL for this partnership. We believe it completes the value chain we have built, connecting rural farmers with commercial markets and enabling sustainable growth.”
-Tina Manab, Founder Kumul Organics
The partnership will enable Kumul Organics to have access to a wider market – nationwide, from CPL’s retail footprint. And apart from market accessibility, CPL will provide technical and business advice, enabling further economic empowerment for the business to grow.
Kumul Organics infused coconut oils are available in 100ml bottles of five different infusions – noni, ginger, carrot, turmeric and lemon grass.
Available at City Pharmacy Waigani Central, City Pharmacy Waigani Showroom and City Pharmacy Vision City.
