In the latest addition to our SME-supported beauty lineup is Doris’s Neem Products, a plant-based haircare and skincare brand created by Doris Joe, a 25-year-old Entrepreneur from Enga Province.
Created using the Neem Plant, Doris’s Neem Products includes products such as Neem Powder, Hair Cream, Hair Growth Tonic, Oil and Body Scrub – all which are now available from City Pharmacy Showroom (Islander Drive), Vision City and Waigani Central in Port Moresby at launch.
The milestone partnership was marked by a small but significant in-store “go-to-market” launch at the City Pharmacy Showroom branch in Port Moresby, among representatives from CPL Group, members of the media, and shoppers who gathered to witness this important step forward for Ms. Joe and her expanding brand.

Doris’s journey began with a personal fascination for neem, sparked after reading a book about herbs and their healing properties. Inspired by the quote, “No one sees the miracle behind Neem,” she was motivated to create her own hair oil for personal use, with the support of her mother.
Her breakthrough came in 2022 when she shared her hair transformation journey on social media. The post quickly gained traction, going viral, and attracting widespread attention. As interest grew, she began receiving numerous inquiries about her results—prompting her to turn her passion into a business opportunity. Until now, all sales, marketing, and advertising for Doris’s Neem Products have been driven through social media platforms and a network of agents.
