Mr. Mohanraj Natarajan serves as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of the Group, effective 23 February 2026, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 14 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, and auditing across diverse sectors including FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services.

A Chartered Accountant (India) and Certified Practicing Accountant (PNG), Mr. Natarajan possesses strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of financial management in complex business environments.

Prior to his appointment as CFO, he served as General Manager – Finance & Administration and Company Secretary at CPL Group, where he was responsible for overseeing financial strategy, statutory compliance, commercial analysis, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Before joining CPL, Mr. Natarajan held senior finance roles at Goodman Fielder International PNG Ltd., and previously led audit engagements at KPMG Port Moresby, where he gained significant experience in auditing, risk assessment, and financial governance.

Mr. Natarajan is recognized for his strong leadership, analytical capability, and proven ability to enhance financial performance, making him a key member of the Group’s executive leadership team.
