Dr. Polash Adikari is a qualified medical practitioner with over 11 years of diverse clinical experience across multiple disciplines. He obtained an MBBS degree from Sri Lanka in 2016 and has since developed a strong clinical foundation through rotations in obstetrics and gynecology, paediatrics, surgery, ENT, cardiology, general medicine, and emergency medicine. Dr. Adikari has also contributed to the establishment and management of outpatient department (OPD) services.

Dr. Adikari’s primary areas of expertise are in emergency medicine and general medicine, where he/she has developed strong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively manage complex and high-acuity cases. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development, Dr. Adikari has successfully passed MRCEM Part 1.

Throughout his career, Dr. Adikari has held key roles including Medical Officer – Planning and Senior House Officer in Medicine, combining clinical excellence with experience in healthcare planning and service delivery.

Dr. Adikari brings to the board a broad clinical perspective, practical frontline experience, and strong decision-making capabilities, which have contributed to his appointment.
