Terms & Conditions of Promotions
- The Promotion is available to any registered Elementary, Primary or High School in Port Moresby, and begins Monday 24th April 2023, ending Friday 14th July 2023.
- Only one nominated school representative should register the school via the CPL Website.
- All receipts collected from Stop & Shop must be from the promotion period only.
- Once collected, students must place your receipts in the entry bins located at your school. There will be no bins placed at Stop & Shop.
- For every K10 spent, equates to 1 point.
- For every 200 points gained, a piece of sporting equipment will be awarded. Thus the more everyone spends collectively, the more the school receives.
- There are 5 different pieces of sporting equipment for this promotion – Volleyball, Basketball, Rugby Ball, Netball and Soccer Ball.
- All entries must be vetted by the nominated school representative, and delivered in a neatly packed box to CPL Head Office, Steamships Compound Waigani, by or before CoB Friday 14th July. Entries received after this time will be disqualified.
- Stop & Shop and CPL Group will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of participating in the competition.
- Stop & Shop reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates any of these terms and conditions, or who engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
- By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Stop & Shop and CPL Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.
