About.Real Rewards.
Real Rewards Loyalty Programme is the largest retail loyalty program in Papua New Guinea with over 200,000 members. Real Rewards members can earn points for shopping at participating CPL stores (Stop & Shop, City Pharmacy and Hardware Haus). Members can use these points to redeem in-store items at our participating outlets.

How to .Sign up.
Shop at any CPL outlet, make a purchase of any amount and retain your receipt. Take your receipt to our Real Rewards desk along with a valid ID. You will be given a registration form to complete. Upon completing filling out the form, you will be issued a new card.

Earning Points.and Redemption.
To earn RRP Card Points, a member must present their valid and active RRP Card at the point of sale when buying store items from a Participating Store. Members can earn RRP Card Points for purchases made online and/or at physical locations of CPL’s Participating Stores, if the RRP Card Membership number is presented/entered at the time of purchase.

How do I become a member of the RR Program?
Membership in the RRP Loyalty Program is now free – no minimum purchase required.
Simply take your receipt to the Real Rewards Counter in your shop and sign up with your details.
You will then be issued a membership card, that can be used instantly at any Stop & Shop, City Pharmacy, Hardware Haus, Bon Café, Fresh Express and Prouds PNG Outlets within CPL Group.
Can I currently check my points balance?
At present, the Real Rewards System is currently being upgraded, and so this service is temporarily unavailable.
Can I currently redeem items?
At present, the Real Rewards System is currently being upgraded, and so redemptions are temporarily unavailable.
What can I currently do with my RR Card?
You can update your account details earn points and access member exclusive pricing on certain products.
Can I swap my current RR Card for the new look RR Card?
Currently, no. You cannot swap your current card for the new look card, but you will be able to do so after the system upgrade.
Can I still access my points through the Digicel short code *505#?
Not anymore, as this service has been discontinued.
Can I do a card replacement for a lost/stolen or Damage card?
Currently, no. but you will be able to do so after the system upgrade.
