CPL Group Kicks Off Christmas Season with Exciting ‘Scratch & Win’ Promotion – Over aMillion Kina in Prizes to Be Won!

Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea – Monday, 4th November 2024

CPL Group brands, City Pharmacy and Stop & Shop, are thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated
Christmas “Scratch & Win” promotion, bringing over a million Kina worth of prizes to customers across Papua
New Guinea.
The promotion was launched on Monday 4th November at Stop & Shop Waigani Central, in front of guests, staff,
media and the general public.
“Scratch and Win is back in 2024, and this time we’ve made it more attractive in offering more prizes based on
what people want, rather than need. That’s why four winners will each walk away with the major prize of K50,000
cash, fifty winners with K2,000 cash each, winners for Generator Sets, Water Tanks, Solar Kits, Return Domestic
Airfares and a whole lot more that lie under each scratch card”, said Christopher Lam, CPL Group General
Manager Marketing & Advertising.
“We’re excited to give back to our loyal customers in such a big way, and we look forward to bringing even more
value to their shopping experience as they prepare for the festive season.”
To participate, shoppers will need to spend K50 or more, making them eligible to receive a Scratch and Win
card. The more they shop, the more chances to win.
The prize pool also features A Year’s worth of Groceries at Stop & Shop, Health Essentials for a Year at City
Pharmacy, Fuel Vouchers, Appliances, Smart TV’s and Discount Cards for select range of products, ranging
from K2 Off to K100 Off – perfect for families gearing up for the new year.
Following the launch in Port Moresby, activation at other CPL retail outlets throughout the country is expected to
follow shortly. The promotion will continue to run until December 31, 2024, ensuring a joyous and rewarding
holiday season for all.
