Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take on new challenges? We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Sales Executive to join our Hardware Haus Limited – Goroka Branch.
As a corporate sales executive you will be responsible for ensuring all sales administration is accomplished effectively and accurately to provide a seamless handover to the operations team. You will ensure that we are delivering the best possible service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- To support the sales manager with the generation of sales enquiries by developing and maintaining relationship with previous, existing and prospective corporate clients.
- To develop and maintain a quality service by adhering to the end-to-end process for managing all corporate enquiries.
- To ensure that all corporate clients’ enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- To liaise with relevant department/areas of the business to execute activity, invoice and manage costs.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Management, office Administration or another related field.
- Proven 3 -5 years in a similar role.
- Good sales and administration experience.
- Venue sales experience, with a track record of winning/converting enquiries to deliver or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizing skills.
- Self-starter able and willing to work under their own initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.
- Be physically fit.
